Did you know you may not require planning permission for your house extension?
In 2008, the government introduced the Permitted Development Rights 2008, which has recently been updated in 2013. This allows you to extend your home without the need for planning permission. Our recommended architect will be able to offer a detailed consultation at your home to advise you on whether you require planning consent or not, checking through the criteria with you to ensure your design complies with these requirements. This enables your project to be more streamlined prior to work starting on site.
