We had a fantastic experience with SDP. James and his team knocked through our lounge and kitchen last year, this involved obtaining structural engineer's calculations, knocking through the brickwork, putting in steel support then arranging building regulation sign off. This was finished by 'making good' including plumbing a new radiator, re tiling the floor and re plastering. The work was carried out to the highest standard and from start to finish the process was smooth. What really impressed me was how specific James and his team were with the timeline of events and when they would occur so we could adequately plan ahead and his team are really friendly. We are already planning on using SDP again when we extend our kitchen later this year. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

"After hearing good things, I contracted James and his team to do some considerable refurbishment work on one of my student terrace houses. The property needed a full loft conversion, a refurb of the main bathroom, bedroom, and dining room, and a totally new kitchen. Not only that – but with it being a student property we only had the small window of the summer holidays to get everything looking tip top again in time for the new academic year. It was a tall order but the job was completed to highest standard and with complete efficiency from the whole team at SDP. I couldn’t be happier with the work. Everything was completed on schedule, and with total transparency from James about where we were at, at every stage. Because of the terms and conditions drawn up in advance, I knew the exact schedule of works. We feel like the rear of the house has been completely revamped, giving us a more airy, spacious, functional and modern kitchen / dining / entertaining space. Having also added some additional work to our roofed conservatory (underfloor heating, bi-fold doors and seamless flooring), like many of the other testimonials on this site, we too are receiving lots of ‘wows’ from visitors. A small extension to the front doorway was also carried out by SDP – this was also done to a high standard and has left us with a far more practical space.
